1. Prohibited Conduct
By using SewaManager, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Illegal Activities: Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity (including claiming to own a property you do not own or represent).
- Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited messages, promotions, advertising, or spam to other users.
- Malicious Code: Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or any other malicious code that may harm or disrupt the platform or its users.
- Data Scraping: Using automated means (such as bots, spiders, or scrapers) to access, collect, or harvest data from the platform without our express written permission.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing unauthorized access to your account.
2. Content Standards
Any content you upload, post, or transmit through SewaManager (including property listings, images, and messages) must not:
- Be defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Contain personally identifiable information of third parties without their explicit consent.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor use of the platform and to investigate any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. We may, at our sole discretion, take action including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, or reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
