SewaManager acts solely as a platform to display this information and does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any listing.

2. No Verification Guarantee

While we encourage all users to provide accurate and truthful information, SewaManager does not guarantee that the properties exist as described, that the images accurately represent the current state of the property, or that the advertised price and terms are currently available.

3. User Responsibility

Prospective tenants are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreement or transferring any funds. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Visiting the property in person.
• Verifying the identity and credentials of the landlord or agent.
• Reviewing all tenancy documents carefully.
• Ensuring all agreed-upon terms are clearly documented in writing.

4. Reporting Inaccuracies

If you discover a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent, please report it to us immediately at sewamanagersupport@gmail.com. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing or user account that violates our policies.

5. Relationship to Terms of Service

This policy is part of and governed by our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
