Listing Accuracy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. User-Submitted Content

Property listings, descriptions, images, and associated details are submitted by landlords, agents, agencies, developers, or property managers. Before public display, SewaManager applies publication checks for required fields, permitted status, demo/test markers, and moderation state. These checks do not establish ownership, authority, condition, or transaction safety.

2. Exact Review Claims Only

Where a listing shows a separate review claim, the label and explanation describe the limited matter reviewed, method, and review date. No broader verification is implied. SewaManager does not guarantee that a property exists as described, that images show its current state, or that price, terms, and availability remain current.

3. User Responsibility

Prospective tenants are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreement or transferring any funds. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Visiting the property in person.
  • Verifying the identity and credentials of the landlord or agent.
  • Reviewing all tenancy documents carefully.
  • Ensuring all agreed-upon terms are clearly documented in writing.

4. Reporting Inaccuracies

If you discover a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent, please report it to us immediately at support@sewamanager.com. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing or user account that violates our policies.

5. Relationship to Terms of Service

This policy is part of and governed by our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
