How It Started
SewaManager was founded by a university student managing student rooms in Subang Jaya and Bandar Sunway. Chasing late rent across dozens of WhatsApp threads and tracking receipts manually proved that property management in Malaysia needed a modern, automated system built specifically for local banking, WhatsApp workflows, and Ringgit deposit ledgers.

We design with local standards at the core: LHDN Stamp Act 1949 compliance, BOVAEA/LPPEH registered REN verification, DuitNow QR collections, and bilingual Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese interfaces.
