Malaysia's property market has historically been fragmented: separate listing portals, spreadsheet rent trackers, unorganized WhatsApp chat trails, and disconnected paper agreements.
SewaManager brings the recurring work into one traceable flow. Landlords keep control of approvals, tenants can follow requests and records, and agents can publish listings with clearer accountability.
How It Started
SewaManager was founded by a university student managing student rooms in Subang Jaya and Bandar Sunway. Chasing late rent across dozens of WhatsApp threads and tracking receipts manually proved that property management in Malaysia needed a modern, automated system built specifically for local banking, WhatsApp workflows, and Ringgit deposit ledgers.

We design with local standards at the core: LHDN Stamp Act 1949 compliance, BOVAEA/LPPEH registered REN verification, DuitNow QR collections, and bilingual Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese interfaces.
